Kosher Certification

Alpine Ice uses only healthy fruits and vegetables.  All fruits and vegetables are inherently kosher, with special rules for grape products. However, insects that may be found in some fruits and vegetables are not kosher. All ingredients used in Alpine Ice are cleanly handled, cleanly process and are individually Kosher Certified.

Alpine Ice is then processed in Kosher certified facilities and is itself Kosher certified accordingly by Kosher Technical Konsultants.  The newly redesigned Alpine Ice packaging proudly displays the respected Shield Star K logo  and welcomes our customer to view our  Kosher certificate.

The DE designation indicates that Alpine Ice is manufactured on equipment also used to manufacture dairy based products.  However, all Alpine Ice products are run segregated from dairy products and on machinery not used for dairy products on the same day.  Following good manufacturing procedures, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned both before and after manufacturing Alpine Ice to insure no possibility dairy cross-contamination.
